What the result means
The request comes from our server, not your network. If the site answers here but not for you, the problem is your channel: provider, DNS or a local block. If it does not answer here either, the problem is on the site's side. Response time shows how quickly the server returns the first byte.
Why a site is not equally reachable everywhere
Sites restrict access by country, serve different versions per region and block data-centre ranges. The same address can open from one country and not from another — so a check from a single point cannot answer whether a site is up in general.

The site opens here but not for me. What now?
Check DNS: switch to a public resolver and clear the cache. If that helps, it was your provider's records. If not, a network-level block is likely.
What does a slow response time mean?
The site's server is overloaded or far away. Under 200 ms is generally imperceptible; over a second is noticeable on every click.
Does the check show page content?
No. It checks availability and response time only. Content is neither loaded nor stored.
How do I see a site the way another country sees it?
Open it through a proxy in that country. The site will identify you by the exit node's address and serve the regional version.
