Terms of Service - OP-Proxy.Com
Before purchasing access to the service, the user is required to fully review our terms of service. Paid access to the service implies acceptance of OP-Proxy.com's terms of service.
General terms
- This Agreement is a legally binding contract between the person (the "Customer") and the administration of https://op-proxy.com (the "Administrator") regarding the Customer's access and use of https://op-proxy.com (the "System"). The System is intended for personal use and only for lawful and legitimate purposes as defined in this Agreement and applicable laws.
- By clicking the "Register" or "Buy" button in the System and/or starting to use the System, the Customer automatically confirms having read this Agreement and entered into a legally binding contract with the Administrator. Registering in the System also constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. If the Customer does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they must not use or must immediately stop using the System.
Subject of the agreement
- Persons under the age of 18 must not use the System. The Administrator does not knowingly permit the use of the System by persons under 18 and does not collect or process the personal data of such persons.
- Subject to acceptance of and continued compliance with this Agreement, the Administrator grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to access and use the System for personal and only lawful commercial purposes for the entire duration of the connection package selected by the Customer. The selected subscription package establishes the duration and technical limits on the use of the System. The Customer must enter a valid payment method to use or access the System, and the fee for the selected subscription package will be charged to it.
- The Customer agrees to comply with all laws and regulations when using the System. The Administrator reserves the right to terminate the provision of services and/or support of the System or any part of it at any time, as well as any features included in the System. In such a case, the Customer's license to use the System or any part of it will be automatically suspended. In such a case, the Administrator is not obligated to provide reimbursement, benefits, or other compensation to users of the System.
- The Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse the use of the System, suspend the Customer's use, or restrict access to the System for any reason or without reason at all (see also the "Prohibited actions" section below).
- The Customer must provide the Administrator with account registration information (a valid email address, login and password) and payment information for using the System. The Customer bears full responsibility for the relevance, completeness, and accuracy of this information.
- The System allows access to third-party data, content, and resources through IP addresses provided by the System. All information that the Customer can access using the System is called "Third-Party Content". The Administrator respects intellectual property rights, privacy, and security of others and expects the same attitude from the Customer. If the Customer accesses any Third-Party Content, they must consult with the content owners to obtain consent, rights, information, and restrictions that may apply to that content.
- The Customer is solely responsible for accessing, using, recording, storing, and preserving Third-Party Content using the System and agrees not to violate property rights, physical and legal rights applicable to such content.
